Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience Architecture

📋 Description

• Design and ship developer tooling and templates to raise productivity
• Advance agentic development ecosystem: Claude Code config, plugins, MCP servers
• Strengthen the Auth service and agent identity using Keycloak, OAuth2, and OIDC
• Build and operate services with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Kubernetes
• Define standards, guardrails, and drive adoption across product teams
• Continuously assess, root cause, and improve system reliability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack design and dev, incl. 2+ years Java
• Experience with client/server JS, incl. React, Node, Remix (a plus)
• Experience building large-scale web apps and cloud-native systems on AWS
• Working knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, or eagerness to learn them
• Hands-on experience applying AI coding tools (assistants, agents, MCP)
• Comfort writing tests, using observability tools, and end-to-end ownership
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
