Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Build and evolve internal developer platform (CI/CD, observability, tooling)
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and reduce toil in builds/tests/releases
• Create and maintain golden paths: templates, CLIs, libraries
• Design reusable CI pipelines and deployment workflows across teams
• Improve build/test reliability and accelerate release cycles
• Establish observability primitives and dashboards for production services

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building production software in platform/devtools/infrastructure
• Strong coding in Python or TypeScript/JS; build developer tooling
• Hands-on with CI/CD systems and scalable pipelines
• Practical observability: instrumentation, alerting, dashboards
• Comfort with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with monorepos and large-scale CI performance
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and security-minded practices
• Experience applying AI-assisted tooling to boost developer efficiency
