Senior Software Engineer, Developer Tools

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and evolve test automation frameworks, runners, orchestration services
• Develop intelligent tooling using AI to improve test authoring, selection, execution, maintenance
• Build systems that connect test planning, selection, execution, and failure analysis
• Improve test stability, observability, failure diagnosis, and maintenance
• Integrate automated quality checks and actionable test feedback into development and CI/CD workflows
• Manage technical initiatives from problem definition, design, and implementation through deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Go, or another modern programming language
• Experience building test automation frameworks, developer tools, distributed systems, CI/CD
• Experience designing and evolving services or frameworks with an understanding of scalability
• Experience developing or supporting systems across multiple platforms such as Windows, macOS
• Ability to take ownership of projects, collaborate across teams, and communicate technical
