🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping software with measurable impact
• Strong in Python and Go; comfortable with PHP; frontend ok
• SaaS/B2B background; understands multi-tenant products
• Uses AI daily; knows where it helps and where it hurts
• Strong product instincts; defend ideas, adapt to data
• Comfortable in small autonomous teams with light process
• Clear writer; crucial in distributed setups
• Nice to have: ecommerce background, early-stage, or email/CRM familiarity
