🎯 Requirements

5+ years embedded software with production firmware on real hardware
Fluent C/C++; Python for scripting and test tooling
Hands-on with RTOS and bare-metal development
Comfort reading schematics and hardware debugging
Experience with SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet
Strong emphasis on code quality, testability, and field readiness
