📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable internal applications, platforms, and
• Develop features and automated workflows that improve the employee experience across hiring
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations connecting internal platforms, enterprise applications
• Own software solutions end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production
• Strong full-stack development experience, including modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience with React, Ruby on Rails, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, data structures, and engineering
