Senior Software Engineer - Endpoint Services Portal (Ruby/Rails)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end portal solutions in Ruby on Rails.
• Own delivery, quality, and maintainability of portal features in Endpoint Services.
• Build portal workflows, views, and notifications for fleet health and remediation.
• Collaborate with agent engineers to translate backend signals into UX.
• Partner with product and stakeholders to translate requirements into work.
• Write high-quality, tested code and participate in reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in complex software/product development.
• 5+ years building production Ruby on Rails apps.
• PostgreSQL and ActiveRecord expertise.
• Translate backend health signals into customer-facing experiences.
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Ownership and accountability for code quality.
