Collaborate with engineering teams to understand needs and improve workflows
Improve reliability, performance, and observability of distributed systems
Monitor system health and resolve issues before impact
Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent
5+ years in Software Engineering or related roles
Strong background in Python, Go, and C++
Experience with Unix-like environments and toolchains
CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins); Cloud (AWS, GCP); IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Experience in the AV industry or robotics
Mono-repo tooling experience (Bazel)
Experience with AI/LLM integration and MCP servers
