Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI agent based developer
• Build and scale test infrastructure and test execution frameworks to accelerate developer feedback
• Improve developer velocity, developer and agent environment tooling, as well as local
• Partner with development, infrastructure, and SRE teams to streamline release engineering
• Monitor and optimize build times, test flakiness, and CI performance across the engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on engineering productivity
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems, build orchestration tools (e.g., Bazel
• Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Go, Python, Java, or C++
• Hands-on experience with containerization, cloud infrastructure, and release automation
• Deep interest in developer experience, developer velocity metrics, and building developer-facing
