Senior Software Engineer (Enterprise Experience)

📋 Description

• Design and ship backend capabilities for enterprise deployments with focus on scalability, upgrade
• Own production rollout, documentation, and ongoing operations for backend services.
• Analyze production workloads to identify bottlenecks in databases, concurrency, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance technical quality with user needs and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Go.
• Deep knowledge of Go’s concurrency model (goroutines, channels, sync).
• Strong experience with relational databases, migrations, transactions, and performance.
• Understanding of backend architecture, production systems, and reliability principles.
• Excellent debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and modern development practices is highly valuable.
