(Senior) Software Engineer (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Build end-to-end solutions with your team to deliver features that solve real user problems
• Design scalable backend services with NestJS/Node.js and data models with MongoDB
• Build and consume APIs, integrating with internal and external systems
• Own deployments and CI/CD pipelines; manage infra as code in production
• Drive code quality with testing, reviews, and CI; set standards
• Mentor engineers and lead by example in technical discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, or solid experience with other modern languages
• Strong experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases, including schema design and optimization
• Proven track record building and consuming APIs, with cross-team integrations
• Demonstrated ability to own projects from conception through deployment and maintenance
• Strong commitment to code quality, testing strategies, and scalable systems
