Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner closely with another senior engineer to plan, build, test, and ship software while sharing
• Work directly with the client's team on a daily basis through standups, status updates, technical
• Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Flask, including database interactions
• Build and maintain frontend functionality using a server-rendered technology stack, including
• Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs and integrations with external systems and services.
• Own assigned work end-to-end, from understanding requirements and implementation through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional software engineering experience at a genuinely senior level, with
• Proven production experience with Python and Flask, including SQLAlchemy or a comparable ORM.
• Strong experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL or MariaDB.
• Frontend development experience with Jinja2 templates, Bootstrap, JavaScript/jQuery, and Webpack
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs is essential.
• Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly with external clients on
