Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end problems: scope, ship, measure, iterate.
• Ship multiple surfaces per quarter in weekly loops and report impact.
• Build full-stack: TS/Node.js/Postgres/Redis/NATS and React/React Native.
• Use AI tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor) and own the shipped work.
• Make scalable architectural decisions; partner with Platform/Infra.
• Collaborate with PMs, ops, drivers, customers and keep stakeholders informed.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building production software with product mindset.
• Full-stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, NATS; React.
• Fluency with AI-paired delivery (Claude Code, Cursor) and critical review.
• Systems thinking for scale, reliability, latency, cost.
• Direct, proactive cross-functional communication.
• Bonus: Shipped Claude Code or similar agent recently.
