📋 Description

• Contribute to the FX platform’s services in a multi-country FinTech setup.
• Collaborate to design new services using RFC processes.
• Coach and mentor team members to boost effectiveness.
• Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Own the products you build and their ongoing maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing complex software systems, mainly with Python.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, or related regulated environments.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in building and managing services with standard APIs and monitoring/alerting.
• Experience integrating external systems and handling legacy code.
• Emphasis on testable code with unit/integration tests; familiarity with CI Jenkins and Terraform.
