📋 Description

• Develop and optimize the multi-currency accounting system and FX platform services.
• Collaborate across Europe and South America teams in a distributed setup.
• Take ownership of product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Contribute to design and RFC processes for new services and components.
• Mentor less experienced team members to improve team effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience building complex software systems; Python preferred.
• FinTech/Banking domain experience in regulated environments.
• Clear, concise English communication with cross-country teams.
• API design, monitoring, alerting, and external system integrations.
• Experience with legacy code and reducing technical debt proposals.
• Strong testability, unit/integration tests; CI pipelines and Terraform infra.
