Senior Software Engineer - Frontend - Consumer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain consumer features on web (React) and mobile (React Native).
• Own full product lifecycle from discovery to release, monitoring, and iteration.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation, analyzing results, and iterating.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Mobile engineers for cohesive Kraken experiences.
• Make strong framework/architecture decisions (TanStack Router vs Next.js App Router).
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-platform initiatives while upholding quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development for consumer web/mobile products.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and the React ecosystem; opinions on state management and data fetching.
• Production experience with React Native and App Store/Google Play release pipelines.
• Experience with Next.js App Router and React Server Components.
• Hands-on with A/B testing and feature flags (LaunchDarkly/Optimizely).
• Experience with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events for real-time UIs.
