📋 Description

• Architect reusable components to platformize Roblox chat.
• Launch real-time comms features on mobile and high-end platforms.
• Build tools for creators to craft tailored social experiences.
• Scale systems to support 1B users across 2D/3D spaces.
• Collaborate with Engine, Creator, Trust & Safety teams.
• Own projects end-to-end and mentor teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in front-end/client apps with complex UIs.
• React experience; plus Vue/Angular/Svelte, React Native, iOS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering.
• Client/server design experience with caching and performance.
• Collaborate with Product/Design/Data Science to drive impact.
• Lua and/or C++, with test-driven development experience.
