📋 Description

• Own Roo's frontend platform direction for web and mobile.
• Evolve the design system as a foundational platform with Product and Design.
• Improve developer experience with tooling, docs, and templates.
• Lead platform upgrades: React Native, Expo, and shared libraries.
• Migrate legacy components to v2 design system with tooling and docs.
• Enable rapid shipping of pages from a 2026-ready component library.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience building production software, focusing on frontend systems.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals with React and TypeScript; comfortable across frontend and tooling.
• React Native or mobile experience.
• Experience working with designers and design systems; comfortable with Figma.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development: Cursor, Claude, or similar.
• Connected design systems to prototyping tools, AI coding environments, or engineering pipelines.
