Senior Software Engineer, Frontend (Web)

📋 Description

• Frontend Development & Architecture: Build reusable Next.js components with TS/React.
• Design System Collaboration: Work with design system team to assemble pages from the component library.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and Cursor to accelerate delivery.
• Quality & Collaboration: Write tests, review code, and collaborate across disciplines.
• Performance & Production Ownership: Own Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, and SSR/ISR patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years shipping production frontend or full-stack apps.
• Next.js & React: Deep knowledge of App Router, server/client components, data fetching.
• Visual Frontend & Motion: Strong CSS, responsive UI, Framer Motion or GSAP.
• Headless CMS Integration: Connect Next.js to CMS platforms like Contentful/AEM/Sanity.
• AI-Assisted Development: Proficient with Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor.
• Performance, Accessibility & SEO: Core Web Vitals, WCAG, SEO basics.
• Fundamentals & Collaboration: HTML, CSS, TypeScript; Git; cross-disciplinary communication.
• Nice to Have: AEM, Three.js/WebGL; design system contributions.
