Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) – Clinical Intelligence

📋 Description

• Lead full-stack features for clinical data annotation and internal tooling.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, security, and ML engineers to power Truveta’s platform.
• Shape technical direction and mentor engineers while driving reliability and scalability.
• Build UX, front-end, back-end, and data solutions used by clinical and technical staff.
• Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and on-call rotation.
• Contribute to code quality and production issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate or Masters in CS, data science, informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on with C#/.NET and/or NestJS (Node.js); strong React and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL, data structures, and Spark-based analytics exposure.
• RESTful API design, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with large-scale data and healthcare/regulated environments is a plus.
