Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

📋 Description

• Own meaningful surface areas across our product, end-to-end.
• Work on facility management, program management, or payments.
• Build consumer booking flows, staff tools, and internal systems.
• Make architectural decisions and influence the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Partner Success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software experience in collaborative environments.
• AI fluency; daily use of AI tools with good judgment.
• Ship with quality; reliable, scalable code.
• Strong product judgment and ability to push back when needed.
• Ambiguity tolerance; bring order without over-engineering.
• Clear, candid communication; cross-functional partnering.
• Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript; Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL.
