Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Zero to One Labs)

📋 Description

• Own quarterly team goals and lead engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with PM, design and analytics; articulate constraints and trade-offs.
• Proactively identify project, process, tech, or business issues and lead solutions.
• Support on-call ops; monitor metrics and escalate when needed.
• Foster quality and ownership; set code review and design standards.
• Help develop talent by giving feedback and leading by example.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend systems at scale: Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.
• Experience using AI tools and agentic coding workflows.
• Ability to define a technical plan for major feature delivery.
• Proficient at making large codebase changes safely with tooling.
• Strong communication to collaborate with global engineers.
