Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate full-stack features using Rails, Golang, and internal tools.
• Lead technical design for support journeys across Help Centre, APIs, and platforms.
• Build scalable, observable microservices integrating with downstream systems.
• Develop frontend experiences for users, agents, and internal teams.
• Own production readiness: monitoring, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, release quality.
• Participate in on-call, incident handling, root cause analysis, and prevention.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Ruby on Rails, React, and Golang for backend APIs/microservices.
• Distributed systems, API design, data modeling, reliability trade-offs.
• Experience leading technical design and end-to-end delivery.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development and LLM APIs.
• Strong debugging, testing (unit/integration/e2e), and code quality.
