Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack, AI and CMS)

📋 Description

• Support the Principal Engineer in exploring technical opportunities across the CMS and wider web
• Build proof of concepts and rapidly prototype ideas, helping the team assess what could work in
• Deep dive into AI, agentic and workflow opportunities and identify where these approaches can
• Work across the full stack, contributing to APIs, web applications, cloud infrastructure and
• Help identify opportunities to refocus the CMS team on higher-value marketing work while making the
• Collaborate closely with the wider team, communicating clearly and helping shape pragmatic

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior full-stack software engineering experience, with strong JavaScript experience.
• Experience with GraphQL and REST, and are comfortable working across modern web applications and
• Experience with AWS, S3, CloudFront and Terraform, with a strong understanding of cloud-based
• Experience with AI, particularly agentic approaches and workflow automation, and enjoy building
• Excellent communication skills and can work effectively with engineers, technical leaders and wider
• Nice to have: Node.js, Next.js, React, TypeScript, CMS experience, Sanity.io / Sanity Studio, Astro
