Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Card Acquisition)

📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly team goals; lead through ambiguity; ensure delivery support.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics; ideation; articulate constraints; trade-offs.
• Own team operations and availability; monitoring, triage, playbooks, testing, alerting.
• Identify and lead solutions to projects, processes, tech, or business issues.
• Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts; escalate when needed; keep on-call.
• Foster a culture of quality by setting code review and design standards; share via writing and talks.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience; degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading mobile initiatives (React Native or native); architecture; cross-functional launches; reliability.
• Working across React Native and native boundaries (Swift/Kotlin); debugging; tooling; CI/CD; release processes.
• Implementing experimentation, feature flagging, and analytics instrumentation in mobile apps.
• Backend systems at scale with Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
