Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

📋 Description

• Lead the technical vision and delivery of high-performance APIs and end-user experiences using Ruby
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications serving patient and provider experiences.
• Develop clean, reliable APIs using REST and GraphQL with efficient data-fetching models.
• Design responsive, high-performance frontend experiences with modern React patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-impact features.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support platform reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience building scalable full-stack web apps.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong React, TypeScript, and frontend performance experience.
• Backend engineering with scalable services and clean REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript ecosystems (preferred).
• SQL proficiency, esp. PostgreSQL; automated testing across frontend/backend (RSpec, RTL, Cypress
