📋 Description

• Build and maintain integration with German health services.
• Drive national EHR integration with multi-country rollout.
• Design and operate fullstack solutions connecting Doctolib to healthcare infra.
• Partner with engineering teams to shape the interoperability platform.
• Ensure privacy, security and compliance by design.
• Own performance, observability and reliability with dashboards and SLO/SLI.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong fullstack Kotlin and React/TypeScript expertise.
• Design systems and architectural decisions in complex environments.
• CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• English proficient; German a plus.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7) or regulated health systems.
