Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack, Rewards & Incentives

📋 Description

• Build and operate full-stack features using JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, NestJS, and
• Own projects from technical design through launch, measurement, iteration, and ongoing maintenance
• Develop well-tested APIs, data models, and mobile experiences for rewards and incentives
• Translate product ideas into practical solutions and make thoughtful trade-offs between member
• Improve reliability through testing, observability, performance improvements, and production support
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical documentation, code reviews, and reducing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
• 3+ years of non-internship full-time professional software development experience
• Experience building and operating production software as a full-stack engineer
• Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, testing, debugging, and frontend development
• Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and deliver practical solutions incrementally
• Experience making technical decisions across service boundaries and explaining trade-offs clearly
