Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform

📋 Description

• Lead design of infrastructure for open-weights GenAI platform
• Real-time GPU endpoints and high-throughput batch inference
• Oversee model fine-tuning pipelines (SFT/DPO/LoRA)
• Set direction for serving, inference, autoscaling, and observability
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams
• Balance cost, performance and reliability for production systems

🎯 Requirements

• BSc/MSc/PhD in CS or equivalent
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep backend fundamentals in Python and distributed systems
• Experience designing production services, APIs, data pipelines or ML infra
• Production-grade observability, reliability and cost optimization
• Hands-on experience with LLM inference/fine-tuning (open-weight models)
