🎯 Requirements

Senior-level experience (5+ years) in Go, Ruby, or both.
Go candidates: deep knowledge of the Go stdlib, networking (TCP, TLS, HTTP, JSON), performance
Ruby candidates: strong Rails in production, tuned ActiveRecord, built services that stay fast
PostgreSQL depth from an application developer's perspective.
Concurrency and profiling as a practiced skill.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and containers.
