Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success to guide decisions.
Design, implement, and analyze experiments using feature flags and A/B testing.
Build instrumentation and event pipelines to understand customer behavior.
Write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to architecture.
Improve performance, reliability, accessibility, and scalability of key journeys.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong web app skills: TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB (or similar).
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI tooling.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.
Experience building customer-facing products with Product and Design.
Product-minded with ability to balance user needs, tradeoffs, and business goals.
