Senior Software Engineer - Hosted Web (Remote)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain frontend systems and their server-side flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing to deliver features end-to-end.
• Champion testing, reviews, observability, and type-safe design.
• Lead architecture decisions for scalable, simple codebase.
• Debug production issues across the stack using telemetry.
• Mentor teammates and foster inclusive engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level experience building large-scale production web apps.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and modern React, incl. React Server Components.
• Deep experience with Next.js (App Router) or SSR/full-stack framework.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs, owning both client and server code.
• Experience with .NET, C#, AWS.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong testing mindset: unit and integration tests as standard.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as New Relic.
• Agile mindset and strong grasp of SDLC practices.
• Ability to navigate complexity, assess tradeoffs, and execute with confidence.
• Experience using agentic development tools to raise the bar on engineering.
• Excellent communicator who brings others along and helps ideas stick.
