Design, develop, and own features and services for Menlo's platform
Build, deploy, and operate core components with reliability and security in mind
Collaborate with product, security, operations to align on requirements
Use AI-assisted coding and debugging tools to accelerate work
Design for highly available, scalable distributed systems

🎯 Requirements

3-4 years backend development in Python, Go, C++, or Node.js
Solid Linux and networking experience
Experience with AWS or GCP and tools like Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins
Experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Druid
Strong communication and self-directed learning; BE/B.Tech or Master\'s degree
