📋 Description

• Design and build foundational frontend systems, components, tools, and patterns used by engineers
• Lead large projects end-to-end, including technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, and
• Improve the developer experience of working in a large TypeScript and React codebase through better
• Build customer-facing product experiences that are polished, accessible, performant, and consistent
• Partner with product engineers, designers, and infrastructure teams to solve cross-cutting frontend
• Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, technical guidance, and clear communication

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical impact
• Highly skilled in modern frontend development, especially TypeScript and React
• Experience building reusable frontend systems, components, tools, or infrastructure
• Care deeply about user experience, accessibility, performance, and maintainability
• Comfortable working in a large frontend codebase with many stakeholders
• Communicate clearly, collaborate well across teams, and help raise the technical bar for those
