Senior Software Engineer I - Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Own technical workstreams for high-availability auth services in Go.
• Drive OIDC and SAML integrations for enterprise SSO.
• Extend policy engine (OPA) for resource permissions and dynamic scoping.
• Build IAM foundations for AI workloads with secure token exchange.
• Evolve multi-tenant identity models for users, teams, orgs.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years software engineering; 1–2 yrs in Identity/AuthN/AuthZ or security products or high-scale distributed systems.
• Go proficiency with knowledge of gRPC microservices.
• Identity knowledge: OIDC, OAuth2, SAML; RBAC/ABAC/PBAC.
• Distributed systems depth: consensus, replication, partitioning.
• Cloud Native: Kubernetes, MySQL, Terraform.
• Nice to Have: OPA and Rego; Canary/Blue-Green deployments; IAM integrations (SCIM, LDAP).
