Senior Software Engineer, IAM

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices and apps.
• Collaborate with UX, PM, QA, and engineers to deliver secure solutions.
• Define tech standards and guide evolution of our stack.
• Mentor teammates and participate in code reviews.
• Monitor rollouts and optimize features for customer success.
• Build resilient systems critical to Toast customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Java or Kotlin with strong testing and quality practices.
• Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and messaging.
• Familiar with asynchronous tools such as Pulsar, Kafka, JMS.
• Proven track record delivering reliable services to production.
• Excellent communication; able to explain complex topics simply.
• Experience in IAM space and Agile/Scrum environments.
