📋 Description

• Design and improve authentication and authorization systems powering the product.
• Own critical auth infra end-to-end: login, sessions, tokens, service auth.
• Improve reliability and observability of auth services with dashboards and runbooks.
• Raise the security bar: identify risks and design secure auth from the start.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate coding and problem solving.
• Help build a great team: interview candidates and share technical context.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production backend systems with ownership.
• Proficient in TypeScript or JavaScript for web-scale apps.
• Hands-on experience building authentication, authorization, identity, or security infra.
• Strong API design, distributed systems, databases, and operational reliability.
• Strong ownership and urgency; drive clarity and momentum.
