🎯 Requirements

5+ years building and shipping production backend systems owning critical services end to end.
Proficient in TypeScript or JavaScript with web-scale app experience.
Hands-on auth/identity/security/platform infra experience.
Strong API design, distributed systems, databases, and reliability knowledge.
Strong ownership and urgency; drive clarity and momentum.
