📋 Description

• Own meaningful product and technical initiatives from design and scoping through implementation
• Build reliable, maintainable systems that power experiences including real-time scheduling, client
• Partner closely with Product and Design to understand customer problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and
• Contribute to technical design and architecture in your area while balancing scalability
• Build across our platform based on your area of expertise, whether that's React and TypeScript on
• Own the quality of what you ship through testing, code review, observability, and ongoing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to design clean, maintainable solutions to
• A track record of independently taking meaningful features or technical initiatives from definition
• Experience partnering closely with Product and Design to understand customer needs and turn them
• A habit of solving the class of problem, not just the instance in front of you; when asked for a
• Ability to evaluate tradeoffs, make sound engineering decisions, and communicate the reasoning
