🎯 Requirements

10+ years in production audio software
Led complex technical initiatives end-to-end
Expert in signal processing, real-time systems, and multithreading
Proficient with JUCE or plugin frameworks
Proficient in C++ and TypeScript; expert C++ developer
Strong architectural and communication skills
