📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI agents that investigate, reason, and act on live data.
• Build trustworthy agent experiences to support engineers during incidents and troubleshooting.
• Own the development lifecycle of agent projects from concept to scalable production.
• Create new agent capabilities using high-cardinality data and advanced reasoning.
• Extend platform features including agent surfaces, memory, workflows, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities and define future AI capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience shipping production-grade LLM-based systems or AI-powered apps.
• Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, limitations, and evaluation methods.
• Ability to take projects from prototypes to scalable production solutions.
• Experience designing systems using complex data sources for intelligent reasoning.
• Experience with observability platforms or infrastructure-focused tools (beneficial).
• Familiarity with agent tooling, RAG, evaluation frameworks, and prompt engineering.
