• Design and deliver production-grade agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability
• Own the agent work; scope, build, ship, and maintain the agents including evals.
• Build agents only Honeycomb can build, using a high-cardinality data store.
• Extend the surface of Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills with memory, spatial awareness, a
• Define what 'good' means for agents here, measurable against real evals, maintainable, and honest

🎯 Requirements

• AI and agent engineering experience with LLM-based systems in production.
• End-to-end ownership from prototype to production-grade.
• Current judgment on agent design trends in the last six to twelve months.
• Agent architecture depth with fast, high-cardinality data stores.
• Product judgment to prototype what the agent layer should do next.
