Senior Software Engineer II, AI-Native - Location Platform

📋 Description

• Design and build mobile location infrastructure (on-device collection).
• Address battery life, OS APIs, and low-tier device reliability.
• Internationalize for varied device and network conditions.
• Collaborate with AI tools (Claude Code) to generate specs, code, and tests.
• Build across iOS/Android/Cloud for millions of users.
• Mentor teammates and evolve AI-native engineering practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building consumer mobile apps.
• 1+ year prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs.
• Proficient in mobile development (iOS and/or Android).
• Backend experience (Java, Kubernetes, AWS) is valued.
• Ability to reason about on-device decisions affecting backend at 100M-user scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
