📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale backend systems for real-time decisions and APIs.
• Own projects end-to-end from design to production rollout and monitoring.
• Ensure low-latency, fault-tolerant, high-throughput distributed systems.
• Enhance observability, reliability, and developer experience through tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, analysts, data scientists, and infra teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend systems experience in large-scale production environments.
• Strong programming in Python, Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.
• Hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Design and maintain high-scale distributed systems.
• Ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, incl. customers worldwide.
