📋 Description

Embed with a PTA cohort to ship targeted enablement.
Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and analysts; build plugins, skills, hooks.
Integrate tools via the MCP Gateway and AWS connectors.
Contribute to roadmap and surface blockers early.
Support adoption health and mentor cohort engineers.

🎯 Requirements

BS/BTech in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years professional software engineering experience.
Production experience with Python, TypeScript/Node, Go, and CI/CD.
Proven ability to ship end-to-end in unfamiliar codebases.
Hands-on with Claude Code, Cursor, Cody, Copilot agents, or equivalent.
Strong written communication for docs, runbooks, and education artifacts.
