📋 Description

• Define platform architecture for Identity at scale across teams.
• Lead agent identity strategy: SPIFFE/SPIRE, short-lived credentials.
• Drive identity protocol adoption: OIDC, SAML, SCIM; federation.
• Evolve the policy engine: RBAC/ABAC/PBAC; hierarchical scope.
• Shape cross-org decisions: IAM, Inference, Billing, DOKS.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering; 3+ in IAM or high-scale systems.
• Go expert; strong gRPC microservices experience.
• Identity protocols: OIDC, OAuth2, SAML; RBAC/ABAC/PBAC.
• Workload identity: SPIFFE/SPIRE or equivalent.
• Cloud-native: Kubernetes, MySQL; Terraform; multi-region design.
• Strong cross-org communication to translate strategy for leadership.
