Senior Software Engineer II - Shopper Activation & Engagement

📋 Description

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable onboarding and retention services.
• Define technical strategies for modernization, migrations, and standards across systems.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to define roadmaps and metrics.
• Drive experimentation and data-informed improvements to activation and engagement.
• Champion AI adoption by creating internal tools and automation to improve productivity.
• Integrate AI capabilities into development processes while measuring quality and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating scalable production systems.
• 3+ years designing and owning distributed systems with high availability and low latency.
• Proficiency in at least two languages: Go, Java, Kotlin, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization/orchestration.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.
