Senior Software Engineer II (TASER Data Science)

📋 Description

• Build data products: dashboards, metrics systems, and recommendations
• Own production ML deployment — model serving, monitoring, and versioning
• Build data pipelines from TASER telemetry to analytics surfaces
• Set technical direction for the team’s engineering practices
• Work across the full stack: device data ingestion to user analytics
• Use AI tools as a core part of development workflow

🎯 Requirements

• You write production-grade Python code — strongly typed and well tested
• You’ve deployed and operated ML systems in production
• You’ve shaped tech roadmaps and influenced peers and direction
• You define problems as you learn; evolving requirements are expected
• You’ve worked with real-world messy data: device logs, event streams
