📋 Description

• Build and ship data products: dashboards, metrics, and recommendations.
• Own production ML deployment with monitoring and versioning.
• Build data pipelines from TASER device telemetry to analytics.
• Set engineering practices direction for the team.
• Work across the full stack: device data to analytics.
• Use AI tools as a core part of your development workflow.

🎯 Requirements

• Production-grade Python code, strongly typed and well-tested.
• ML in production: serving, monitoring, and reliability.
• Shaped technical roadmaps and influenced peers.
• Adaptive to evolving requirements and ambiguous problems.
• Experience with device logs or telemetry data.
• Hands-on ML production tooling: model registry, serving, orchestration, monitoring.
• Cloud ML platforms: Azure ML, Databricks, Snowflake; batch/streaming pipelines.
• Experience with hardware-adjacent data: device telemetry, IoT logs.
