Senior Software Engineer II - User & Accounts Systems

📋 Description

• Define platform architecture for account primitives across teams and accounts.
• Architect cross-domain integration with Identity, Billing, and AI/ML teams.
• Own console platform strategy: notifications, reporting, dashboards.
• Set sustaining engineering standards for debt, security coverage, and ops hygiene.
• Architect for true scale across millions of events per second and multiple regions.
• Shape cross-org technical decisions across Account Systems, Identity, and Billing.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience in cloud-scale distributed systems.
• Go, JavaScript/Node.js expert; exposure to Python and Rust.
• Design and operate high-throughput, scalable systems across regions.
• Cloud native: AWS, GCP, Azure; IaC with Terraform, Helm, Chef.
• Distributed systems and microservices expertise.
